Original music and story by the Emmy-nominated composer Hal Beckett and choreography by Artistic Director Davi Rodrigues.
IELE invites the audience into a dance story of a group of boys that mischievously decide to go into the forest in the hopes of seeing and taunting the IELE, the forest nymphs. Inspired by Romanian folklore, and with original music and story by the Emmy-nominated Hall Beckett, IELE is a timeless journey into the heart of a story full of duels, enchantment, vengeance and passion.
The show marks our first full-length show an exciting collaboration with music composer Hal Beckett.
At Lamondance we are always looking for new ways to create a show that can resonate with the audience.
We are not only a dance program but a dance company that is committed to creating high-quality shows; Shows that will Evoke all the senses taking the audiences on an unforgettable Journey.
