Summer Alexander is a dynamic and versatile twenty-one year old dancer from Lethbridge, Alberta. With a rich background in various dance styles, developed during fourteen years at Joy’s Dance Factory, Summer is very excited to complete her third and final year of Lamondance’s training program this season.

The past two seasons at Lamondance, Summer has had the opportunity to work with numerous choreographers such as Davi Rodrigues, Margarida Macieira, Cristina Bucci, Isak Enquist, Calder White, Kirsten Wicklund, Lara Barclay and Sarah Hutton & Aiden Cass co-founders of Generous Mess company.

During season seventeen, Summer and her duo partner Gabriel Prado - a fellow Lamondance dancer and friend - had the opportunity to create their own work for the residency at the BlueShore at Capilano University. Following this collaboration during the residency, Summer and Gabe are eager to continue creating together this coming season.
