Sarah Wilson is a dancer and artist from Surrey, British Columbia. Her early training began with ballet and grew to include contemporary, modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and martial arts. She continued her dance training at Simon Fraser University, where she majored in Contemporary Dance and minored in Kinesiology. During her time at SFU, Sarah has worked with Company 605, Anya Allegra Saugstad, Autumn Knight, Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg, and Rob Kitsos, performing in a range of contemporary and interdisciplinary works. She has also performed in a piece by Daisy de Kroon as part of the Ignite! Youth Arts Festival.

Alongside her performance training, Sarah is developing her practice as a teacher, working with young dancers, as well as a choreographer, having created works for SFU’s Live Acts Festival 2026.

Sarah is excited to continue her training and performance experience with Lamondance this season!
