Safety Information

Welcoming You Back, Safely

As of October 27, 2021.

The health and safety of our patrons, employees, and artists is our number one priority. Following the Provincial Health Orders, these are the safety protocols we currently have in place.

Proof of Vaccination

As of October 24, 2021, proof of full vaccination will be required to attend all Lamondance performances and events at the BlueShore Financial Centre for the Performing Arts at Capilano University. This policy also applies to all performers, crew and artists.

Mask Policy

In accordance with the recent Provincial Health Orders, masks are required in all public indoor settings for all people born in 2016 or earlier (ages 5+). There are exemptions for:

  • People with health conditions or with physical, cognitive or mental impairments who cannot weara mask.

  • People who cannot remove a mask on their own.

  • Children under the age of 5.

  • People who need to remove their masks to communicate due to another person's hearing impairment.

A face shield is not a substitute for a mask as it has an opening below the mouth.
