We're so excited to march in the Vancouver Pride Parade with you in just a few days!
Parade Details
Our entry number is 104 Lamondance Arts Society - Trailblazers (staging group). While the parade officially starts at 1:00 PM, our call time is 12:30 PM. We anticipate we'll begin marching closer to 1:30 PM or 1:45 PM.
If you're participating in the flash mob, please arrive promptly at 12:30 PM.

The Vancouver Pride Society has provided crucial information that must be read by all participants. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with these details. They have also requested that this information not be shared outside of our community for safety reasons.

2025 Parade Information Package - UPDATED VERSION
Attached: Your slotting card that details your staging group and slotting number.
Please refrain from posting your slotting card publicly (i.e. social media) as only people who are with your organisation will be permitted to enter the staging area. Please make sure your participants know their arrival time and staging area location to help streamline everyone's access into the area.

What to Expect & What to Bring
T-shirts: I've ordered them and hope they arrive on time!
Participants: We have 14 wonderful people marching with us this year. If you want you can bring guests, just let me know. our capacity is 30!!!
Stickers: We have 1,000 stickers (the ones from our website) to hand out to the audience. Let's make sure to distribute them evenly throughout the march!
Flags & Banner: We'll have four flags (two Pride flags and two LMD flags) plus a banner. We can rotate who carries them every 10 minutes or so.
Essentials: Please bring water, wear plenty of sunscreen, and consider bringing hats.
