Carolina Rodrigues Dezani
Carolina Dezani is a Brazilian dancer and dance educator based in São Paulo. She began her dance studies in 2007 with Belly Dance and, over the years, expanded her training to Jazz Dance, Classical Ballet, and Contemporary Dance.
She holds an Intermediate Ballet certification from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and has completed the Pre-Primary and Primary in Dance Syllabi Teacher’s Courses. Carolina also holds a DRT (professional registration) as a ballerina from Sinddança.
Carolina graduated with a degree in Arts, with a focus on Dance, from Faculdade Paulista de Artes. Since 2015, she has worked as a dance teacher, teaching Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary Dance to children, teenagers, and adults in the Jundiaí–SP region.
Her professional training includes a scholarship to Anacã Cia de Dança (2017) and the professional program at Raça Centro de Artes (from 2020). She danced with Cia Pariz in 2019 under the artistic direction of Edson Santos. From 2020 to 2022, she was a member of Raça Cia Experimental de Dança, and from 2022 to 2025, she joined Raça Cia de Dança, performing works by renowned Brazilian choreographers.
Internationally, Carolina studied in New Zealand as a creative interpreter and, in 2024, trained in New York at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway, as well as in Los Angeles at Millennium Dance Complex. In 2025, she performed in the NFL Halftime Show Brazil with Karol G, choreographed by Danielle Polanco, and participated in an artistic experience at the Ballet Staatstheater Augsburg in Germany.
Her recent work includes commercial projects such as Samsung campaigns, corporate events, and performances in the New Year’s Eve Show in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. Carolina has also received awards at several dance festivals across Brazil, both as a soloist and as part of a group.
Currently, she is part of the Lamondance Season 17 training program and continues to expand her artistic and professional career.
