Andrea Isea Galindo

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Andrea began her training in ballet when she was 6 years old with La Academia de Ballet Fanny Montiel. After immigrating to Canada in 2011, she started training at the Caulfield School of Dance, completing her Royal Academy of Dance Intermediate Vocational Examination and training with the Professional Training Division in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and musical theatre during the last three years of her training there. Andrea has performed in many productions, including the Goh Ballet’s “The Nutcracker" and the Evergreen Cultural Centre's "Canada 150: the Show." In 2022, Andrea completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Simon Fraser University’s School for the Contemporary Arts. She is the current Ballet Director at In Movement Dance Co., and is also pursuing her RAD RTS while completing her 3rd season at Lamondance.
