Arrive Early
We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance. Latecomers will be allowed in the theatre in the show's quiet moments.
Paperless Tickets
To provide a touchless experience, we only issue electronic (print-at-home and mobile) tickets - including subscription tickets.
Digital House Program
In an effort to reduce waste, a digital house program is available for all ticket holders; please enjoy a digital version emailed to you before the performance and available on your phone.

Tickets may be sold and purchased in British Columbia only. Orders will not be accepted via the Internet from anyone outside the Province of British Columbia.

PARKING - IMPORTANT
Please note that there may be active construction on the sidewalk directly outside the Centennial Theatre.
Please obey all traffic signs and construction worker/flagger instructions.
Only use the South side of 23rd Street, and only cross at the Lonsdale and 23rd traffic lights. The street may be an active construction zone, and it is unsafe to jaywalk to access the theatre.
In particular, there will be a large concrete pour on Tuesday, December 12th, with crews in operation from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. There will be additional traffic control staff from the construction site, and there will likely be large trucks accessing the worksite throughout the day.

Theatre Tips
Tickets will be sold at the theatre (payment by cash or credit card)
Additional fees will be applied to tickets bought with a credit card (2.9%+$0.30).
NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO
Photography and recordings (video and audio) are prohibited during the performance.
Photos will be allowed during the curtain call, pre-and post-show.
